It is exceptionally insensitive of @LNER to continue to run these adverts in spite of my well-publicised pupaphobia. Lots to like here – a cross-generational joke that aligns well with the product, decent sell and beautifully laid out. As a bonus, this still image perfectly captures the precise moment before this nightmarish creature plunges its spongey hand deep into my chest and pulls out my still-beating heart.
