Long time readers will know my feelings about lazy, tube-related puns in these ads and this feeble effort from @Juicebox.ai ticks all the wrong boxes for me. "Mind the talent gap" is a strap line that an LLM would suggest after barely a token or two, and should rightly be in a bin somewhere together with a longlist of other rejected lazy-ass options.
