Well this is an awks mistake @interflora We don’t say “line” here, we say “queue”, so unless you are literally just targeting tourists, most Londoners will be really confused by this advert.
If you don’t have boots on the ground in your target market, check your strap lines with a native speaker.

A thought: given this is published on the tube, isn’t the idea of “changing lines” and the attendant irritation it often engenders, fairly well established?
That reading maybe gives rise to other criticism, but surely not out of the question?
