Now this is just silly @animaljusticeproject . If I was that poor lad tucking into my cheesy garlic bread and then this smug waiter unveiled a live chicken, I wouldn’t be sat back all casual like, there would be proper scenes. And a full refund and dry cleaning allowance. Anyway, the overlaid copy is simple and thought-provoking (but bump that font size up please), the layout is well-balanced. But the scenario is just too easily dismissed as absurd by the target market, non-vegans, to really hit home.
I wonder if it might have been more persuasive to have focussed on the benefits of veganism rather than going all Black Mirror. Maybe take a leaf out of KFC’s book and just showcase one, well-photographed, plate of vegan food? There must be one. (Joke) Bonus gripe: the photo is probably a little too gloomy too for tube-tunnel consumption.
